Had a very nice lunch in this restaurant. The service and food were good. We were impressed by the cleanliness and kvid precautions.
Lovely place for crêpes (and galettes and much more, but we had crêpes).
I had lunch at Terre D'Escale on a Saturdsy lunchtime that was very busy as it was a long weekend. The restaurant was almost full, and it took a while to be given menus and then for our order to be taken. I ordered the Croque Monsieur. It took a while for the food to be prepared. I found the bread was very dry and I didn't finish my sandwich because of that.
Lovely place. Great fish and chips. Also had Crepes.
Essentially a cosy creperie with tasty local produce, great value for money. The local cider is worth a taste too. Highly recommend the place for lunch or dinner.
We had 2 different Galette, which were savory and crispy. Generously filled with bacon and cheese and egg as ordered. The sweet crepes we had were tender and covered with perfectly cooked fruit and homemade caramel, topped with ice cream and served with a large pile of whipped cream. Worth the stop.
A restaurant in Arromanches that has a lot of galette choices, I took the galette forestière which has cream, mushroom, lardons, emmental cheese and egg, it was good! they also serves omelette as well as fish and chips and many more.
Wonderful pasta for 9.9 Euros, would recommend the fettuccine with smoked salmon for a filling meal in Arromanches Les Bains
